What are Day Passes, and how do they work?
These are a special way for non-members to occasionally come in and enjoy our offerings without having to commit to an annual membership. These run $10 a person and can be paid for at the front desk upon arrival, or ahead of time via the Tock platform when reserving on the website.
How does the membership work - and why is this place members only?
There are multiple tiers of membership to accommodate each individual’s needs. The standard Attaché begins at $250 annually, and comes with a variety of perks. You can learn all about them by checking out this here .
What does your Dress Code consist of?
This is an elevated atmosphere, and we expect everyone to prepare for it accordingly. Please refrain from wearing athletic wear, basketball shorts, sweatpants, drawstrings, joggers, tank tops, slides, exposed undergarments, and clothing with offensive language or images.
Can I bring my own cigar with me?
You are welcome to bring a cigar that you have been saving for a special occasion - we simply ask in lieu of a cutting fee, that you purchase one from our humidor to replace the one you brought in your travel kit.
Can we bring outside food or beverages with us?
We acknowledge that our food selection is limited due to the size of our kitchen - therefore, you are welcome to bring takeout from another venue to eat individually at your table. Anything of a catering size must be cleared with our management team ahead of time.
Outside beverages of any kind are not permitted due to our licensing with the state.
What are the differences in the various cigar cuts?

Do we have our own blend of cigars?
We are fortunate to be working with manufacturers on a couple variations that showcase the palates of our team - these are expected to be available in the summer of 2025.
The branding is so much fun. Do you sell any merchandise?
We do! While we build out our online store, you can call and place an order with the staff (704.931.3636 ext. 0) or visit us at 215 E. Worthington Avenue to pick out a hat, jacket, dog bandanna, and more!
We would like to host an event at the venue. How do we go about setting that up?
